In this workshop I share with you a leg massage that may reduce period pain - even severe period pain. I had undiagnosed endometriosis for five years and I used it successfully on that - although I have to stress that results will vary depending on the individual!
It's a leg massage, so please wear something like active wear leggings or a skirt, so that you'll be able to reach your legs. Also - this massage works best when someone else is giving it to you (like most massages!). We will pair up everyone who comes along, however if you want to bring your own partner, then please feel free to do so. I'll be available for any questions after the workshop.
