A once a month practice over four months combining yoga, movement and talking with a supportive group of tāne/men to help you reconnect to yourself.
Yoga classes will be for beginners, with some extended poses.
During each session we will:
Uncover, bring forth news way to express ourselves.
Look at patterns of how we relate with ourselves and others.
Find our voice to empower our future.
Take actions that help us to step into our authentic selves.
Discuss what it means to be a man in this day and age in a safe space where thoughts can be said and held with confidence.
